Sports Room Notice- End of Term 2
As we come to the end of Term 2 and all its hustle and bustle, its an amazing time to reflect on what has happened!
Our competitive teams have worked incredibly hard thus far as they prepare for the business end of their respective competitions. The growth and development of our students in the Official and Coaching space has been immense. We have been fortunate enough to be called on for Super sports, sports exchanges and our weekly sports through the term. We are proud of all the mahi, time and committment they have put into their craft every week. Freyberg is very lucky to have this as a strength in our Sports world!
We have coming up in term 3:
-Central 6 Junior Sports Tournament 13th August which we host
-Winter Tournament Week for Senior A Netball and Senior Prem Boys Basketball
-Senior Sports Exchange with Kapiti College
-Preparation for Volleyball heading into term 4
Please keep sending in achievements of your students doing awesome Sport and Recreation things in the community.
Lastly- have an amazing break!
During the holidays there is NO SCHOOL SPORT. Netball is still on tomorrow however!
